Main Features
The whole frame is made of stainless steel with protective covers which is made of stainless steel.
All parts direct contact with water is made of stainless steel 304 or polymer materials.
Conveying system is driven by V belts with press roller on the top.
The shaft end of the brush is made of stainless steel 304
The brush of upper brush shaft is cylinder-shaped
The brush of lower brush shaft is convex, close to glass radian shape
All air knives are made of stainless steel 304
Fan blower is placed in the sound proof chamber, and around the chamber there is noise-proof sponge.
There are sensors in input and output section to detect glass in and out
There are Emergency stop button on both sides of output section
